I went to El Rancho in Pinetop with my Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa Beach and others. I had to have a Stuffed Sopapilla, one of my favorite mexican dishes and a virgin-strawberry daquiri.
Of course, I couldn't leave without going to Trappers Cafe one last time. I absolutely love their homeade ranch dressing! For my meal it was a little bit of a toss up on what to eat for dinner. Chicken fried steak or a Bacon double cheeseburger?? I had to get Chicken Fried Steak but, was a little disappointed to see that their light eaters portion size had actually been changed to be a light eaters. It turned out okay because I could barely eat this small size.
And who can leave Trappers without having a piece of pie? Not me...I left with two! Dad suggested I get both Banana Cream and Coconut Cream since it would be a long time before having another piece. I ate the Banana Cream piece there and took the Coconut one for the road. My mouth is watering just thinking about this food. Not a good idea to finish this post in China where it's pretty much impossible to get any food resembling this yumminess.
