First Meal in China

The first night we arrived, we had some help from a family, the Hiatts, that Connie and Vern had been emailing. They are members of the church here in China and came to help us get settled in. We walked to this restaurant, that I have no idea what the name of it is but, we've eaten there 3 times and it's really yummy.

Everything thing here is served family style. The Hiatts ordered a number of their favorite dishes so we could taste things. There was lots of delicious food for 100 rmb which is like $20. Super cheap to feed 9 people and have lots of left overs. My favorite is the Bacon and Cabbage dish, served over a sterno flame. I can't figure out the sauce that they put on it but it's crispy and spicy.
