I love to get the soup. It's a build your own soup by selecting ingredients out of this refrigerator case, pick your noodles and then hand your bowl to the lady. She weighs it and then puts your ingredients in a basket and cooks it in this vat of broth. When your ingredients are cooked they pull it out, add broth from the vat to your bowl and hand it back to you. The whole bowl in this picture was 15 yuan which is about $2.50 and is easily shared by two people.

We also discovered these fried baozi (dumpling). They have a little bit of zhurou (pork) with this sweet juice inside. When you bite into one, it explodes all over. You have to be careful you don't have juice running down your chin because napkins are not available or used here. We get 4 of these baozi for 6 rmb. Very delicious!
