Friday we had another day of school and then
prepared for a fun “Mexican Fiesta and Game Night.” We invited the BYU interns
over and they brought a Chinese gal, Leslie, with them that one of them had
gotten to know during their Study Abroad.
It was fun to teach her to make tortillas. Leslie tried Mexican food for the first
time! I made homemade Salsa and
homemade flour tortillas that we had with our Burrito Bowls. It was delicious!!!
